Terms of Service:

• Payment through Paypal
• NO refunds, NO Negotiations
• Transfering character's rights: Within 24hrs after Payment has been completed
• Once the adoptable has been purchased, you have the full right to change anything about it, as long as you don't claim it's your own creation
• Don't resell the Adopt for more than it has been bought for UNLESS additional artwork has been provided with it
• Only TRUSTED CLIENTS can have HOLDS -
Who is a trusted Client? A client who had purchased our design(s) before.• NO HOLDS LONGER THAN A WEEK

BIDS:

  • Auction ends 48 hours after the last highest bid

  • Keep in mind that we Crosspost our Adopts, meaning that we will keep the comments section updated if anyone has placed a bid from another platform

  • If you win an auction, we expect you to respond within a week - Otherwise, we will take that as a forfeit and your future bids will be ignored

  • If it comes to that, the second highest bid will be able to purchase the design instead of the initial winner

  • NO REFUNDS OR TAKEBACKS

Fusion Grid Rules:

  • Prices: Listed in the post itself

  • Claimed fusions will always be updated either in the comment section or description below

  • Keep in mind that the Fusion Grids have been Cross-posted

  • Don't resell, don't trace nor call the design your own - small adjustments are okay

  • WE EXPECT you to give us the vision you have for the fusion: example, if the fusion will be male, female, other. AND If the fusion will be a specific species such as Alicorn, Unicorn, Pegasi, Earth Pony, etc.

  • If you don't give us any clues stated above, we'll take it as you ALLOWING us artistic freedom

  • NOTE: We only create the design, not the name of the fusion.

  • No refunds, no takebacks - if you refuse to pay for a fusion you've claimed, you will be blacklisted.

  • Payment via Paypal Invoices

  • We need your Paypal email address in order to send you a Paypal Invoice

  • UPFRONT payment

  • TWO artists will be working on your fusion, we will present the idea in max. 3 weeks time - whoever's idea you like more is the artist who will complete your fusion
